It is possible that the uptake of radioactive iodine or surgery is part of your DR and make decisions. It all depends on how you want this treatment. Open eyes, seems normal again as soon as it goes.

From what I know of one friend and my Sisit in the law both need to be on medicine to keep under control (always)

When a drug does not help, sometimes with your doctor performs a thyroidectomy. It is the removal or part or all of the thyroid gland (s). Therefore, no treatment for the problem itself, outside of drugs, although the signs and symptoms of the experience, like most aspects of the eyes are often permanently.

But I must say I felt better a day after the diagnosis, after I received propranolol for a short period of lower heart rate 140-70. But it took 6 months time to get my normal thyroid gland. Methimizole take. I had Graves disease for 10 years before diagnosis.
