Hello! It is OK to use the study to build a website. Select Go to www.adobe.com and download trial version - Download Dreamweaver 4 is here. I am sure it is fully functional and therefore should not probs with your site. It's pretty stupid by the way is a professional tool, but with a little perseverance, you should be able to develop a specific website. Good luck
